Get help with returns, exchanges, and refunds
We're open M-F, 9-5 EST.
We ship USPS, and provide tracking information via the email address you provided in your order.
All one-of-a-kind pieces and items over $100 are shipped with a signature confirmation.
Issue with your purchase? We're happy to help. Within 30 days of the ship date, please return your unused purchase to our shipping office for a refund.
Send us a note in your package, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with:
- your order number (or the name of the purchaser, if it was a gift)
- the issue with your order
- let us know if we can help, or just let us know a return is on the way.

We cannot exchange or refund:
- Shipping charges (unless we have made a shipping error)
- Items in worn or damaged condition
- Returns or exchanges after 30 days of the ship date
- Final sale items / product subscriptions, such as the Coffee Club
- Gift cards
Need a different size or product? If you are exchanging merchandise, please let us know by note or email your order number (or the name of the purchaser, if it was a gift) and what you’d like in exchange, and we will email you a shipping label.
Sorry, unless it was our fulfillment or product error, returns and refunds are not eligible for return shipping labels.
As soon as we receive the item back in unused condition, refunds will be refunded back to your original method of payment, minus shipping charges. A notification of your refund will be immediately messaged to the email address on file.
